This G&L USA L-2500 features a swamp ash body with a blueburst finish. The maple neck is carved to G&L’s modern 5-string ‘C’ shape, and it has a rosewood board with a 12″ radius and 21 PLEK dressed medium jumbo frets. Electronically, this bass sports not only a pair of MFD humbuckers, but also G&L’s flexible Tri-Tone system. There are three mini toggles for pickup selection, series/parallel function, and active/passive operation. The knobs are volume, treble and bass. You can dial in every kind of sound imaginable on this bass. The Saddle-Lock bridge transfers string energy to the body more efficiently than standard bridges, and it also makes for quick and easy string changes.
