Who doesn’t love its big, bold, sweeping shape? While giving the nod back to another era, the Suhr Classic JM starts with a sleeker, more refined body shape and adds enhancements to playability previously unattainable to the guitarist interested in a truly vibe-y guitar.
The Classic JM Prooffers options for a Gotoh 510 Tremolothat sounds great, and stays in tune with excellent intonation. Or, if you prefer, you can have a recessed TonePros tune-o-maticbridge with strings that pass through the body for super resonant performance. We also offer your choice of either two huge sounding but hum free S90 pickups or two Suhr SSV humbucking pickupswith a low profile three way pickup selector.

The Classic JMPro features a quarter-sawn Maple neck with anIndian Rosewoodfingerboard.The neck is finished with our satin acrylic urethane, which provides the smooth feel of natural wood as well as protection from moisture.

The Classic JM Prois equipped with our comfortable 60’s C Vintage Standard neck profile. Rolled edges and a 10-14″ compound fingerboard radiuscompliment the vintage style back taper to create a high performance playing surface.

Stainless steel frets offer silky smooth bending and long-lasting playability. Every Suhr receives a PLEK fret dress, ensuringthe best possible string action, playability and intonation.
CONTOUREDHEEL
The unique contouredcutaway and heel allows for easier access to the upper register. For optimum tone and stability, the neck joint must not be too tight or too loose, therefore all of our neck pockets are precisely fitted by hand, by expert craftsmen.
CLASSIC JMBODY SHAPE
The Classic JM features subtle, yet substantial tweaks to a classic body shape. The overall size and perimeter of the body has been tweaked and slightly downsized from the original version to create an instrument that feels incredibly comfortable, ergonomic, and familiar.
The optional TonePros TP6 tune-o-matic bridge is thoughtfully recessed into the body of the guitar to keep the same low profile feel as the 510 tremolo. It’s incredibly comfortable to play!
